Produced 47 as-built drawing sheets for a 220,000 sqft industrial expansion, reconciling field measurements against design plans.

The Challenge
Reconcile 1,200+ field redlines against the original design plans and produce sealed as-built drawings acceptable to the local building authority and the owner.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the construction drawings layer-by-layer in AutoCAD, applied all field redlines, color-coded variances, and produced a discrepancy report alongside the finalized as-built PDF set.
The Result
As-built set was accepted by the building authority on first submittal. Owner used the package directly for facility management onboarding.
