1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SURVEY DRAFTS ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

SURVEY DRAFTS provides professional land survey CAD drafting services, including but not limited to ALTA/NSPS surveys, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, utility surveys, and other related drafting services. We convert field survey data into accurate CAD drawings according to industry standards.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information and data
• Ensure you have the right to share any data, files, or documents with us
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within the agreed timeframe
• Make payments according to the agreed terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Project Delivery and Revisions

Our delivery and revision policy includes:

• Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of quote and may vary based on project complexity
• Standard revisions are included as specified in your project agreement
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges
• Rush delivery options are available at additional cost
• Files are delivered in agreed-upon formats (DWG, DXF, PDF, etc.)

5. Payment Terms

Our payment policies include:

• Pricing is provided on a per-project or hourly basis as agreed
• Payment terms are net 15 days unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified
• Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives all rights to the final CAD drawings and deliverables.SURVEY DRAFTS retains the right to use anonymized versions of completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. All source data provided by the client remains the property of the client.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project data as confidential. We will not disclose, share, or sell your information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services. Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

SURVEY DRAFTS provides drafting services based on the data provided by the client. While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete source data. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Warranty

We warrant that our deliverables will conform to the specifications agreed upon in the project scope. This warranty is valid for 30 days after delivery. Claims must be submitted in writing within this period. This warranty does not cover issues arising from client-provided data or subsequent modifications by others.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date. Completed deliverables will be provided upon receipt of payment for work performed.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
