Topographic Survey for Highway Expansion - Phoenix, AZ
Drafted a 4.2-mile topographic survey corridor with 1-foot contours, used as the base map for a $48M highway widening project.

The Challenge
Process 18 GB of LiDAR and ground-truth data into a clean CAD topographic base map with contour intervals, drainage features, and existing utilities — within 5 working days.
Our Solution
We staged the dataset across two drafting teams using shared Civil 3D references. Produced TIN surfaces, 1-ft contours, breaklines, and overlaid utility-locate markups on a consistent NAD83 grid.
The Result
Delivered on day 4. Engineering team began preliminary alignment design two days ahead of schedule.
